AN ADULT FRIENDLY AND TOLERANT PLACE OF ACCOMMODATION

Our guests choose us, because our apartment house is an adult friendly and very tolerant place. We receive adult couples and groups of friends who want to get some rest and relaxation.
Here, you can be yourself, and – within the boundaries of law – do as you wish. We do not accept homophobia, racism or any other kinds of exclusion, and ask you as our guest to refrain from any such behaviour. If that’s a problem for you, Szín-Ház is not the ideal place for you in Gyula.

Because of this open-mindedness, we only receive guests under 18, if all the apartments are jointly let.

WE ARE AT YOUR DISPOSAL, IF YOU NEED US

Szín-Ház is only for the guests, no owners or night guards are living there. We are only present, if you need us or we have something to do there. You can be completely alone as guests in your apartments. There is no permanent supervision. But if you need us, we are at your disposal, we help you and give you any information you might need.

You easily find descriptions on the town of Gyula and its surroundings on the internet. We can, however, give you some really useful tips. Where can you eat the best ice cream? Where to get good quality fresh vegetables? Which are the best restaurants? We tell you everything to help.

If you want to organise a party, we show you the best shops to purchase what you need. If specifically agreed, we fill up the apartments in advance with the food and beverages you request.

Our 5 apartments, which are situated next to one another, are capable of comfortably holding 16 persons. These apartments can be rented as a whole or one-by-one. The space for parties is separated from the living units. Details and gallery »

CHEAP APARTMENTS IN THE CITY OF GYULA

Our prices are simple to understand and very favourable. The price for the accommodation is HUF 6 000 /person/night + a tourist tax of HUF 450 /night. It is however worth watching for our actions and requesting an individual offer.
