RESERVATION/CANCELLATION

You can reserve you accommodation either in person, on the phone (30 919 9754) or through our website.

We answer your enquiries and questions as soon as possible, but not later than within 24 hours.

You enquiry becomes a reservation upon 10% of the accommodation fee having been credited to our bank account or having been received by post to our address.

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your planned arrival, you lose the advance you have previously transferred.

If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before your arrival, we bill you an accommodation fee for one day (according to the conditions of your prior reservation.)

You can re-schedule your reservation free of charge (on one occasion, within 30 days).

Payment of the accommodation fee and the tourist tax takes place upon arrival and filling in the visitor’s book.

We cannot reduce or reimburse the accommodation fee, if you leave earlier than scheduled.

Any payable services you use during your stay will be summed up and paid immediately before you leave.
